Product Description
The Round Grate Magnet is designed for removing ferrous metal contamination from powders, granules, and free-flowing dry materials. It is commonly installed inside hoppers, chutes, bins, and processing lines where iron particles, tramp metal, and other magnetic contaminants need to be captured before they enter production equipment or finished products.
This round magnetic grate is manufactured with stainless steel magnetic bars and a fully welded frame structure for reliable industrial use. The magnetic bars are arranged across the circular frame to provide effective magnetic coverage as materials pass through the grate. Depending on the model, the magnetic strength is available from 8,000 Gauss to 12,000 Gauss, making it suitable for a wide range of general industrial, food processing, plastics, recycling, chemical, and powder handling applications.
