    Product Description

    The Magnetic Drawer Separator is designed to remove ferromagnetic impurities, weakly magnetic contaminants, and fine iron particles from dry, free-flowing materials such as powders, granules, pellets, and other externally conveyed materials.

    This type of separator uses multiple layers of high-strength magnetic rods arranged inside a drawer-style housing. As the material passes through the separator, ferrous contaminants are attracted and captured on the surface of the magnetic rods, while clean material continues through the system. This helps improve product purity, reduce contamination risk, protect downstream equipment, and support efficient operation of processing lines.

    Drawer magnetic separators are widely used in industries where reliable contamination removal is required, especially when processing dry bulk materials. The drawer structure allows the magnetic rods to be pulled out for inspection and cleaning, making the unit practical for regular maintenance and production environments.
