Product Description

The Magnetic Liquid Trap Separator is designed for removing ferromagnetic contamination from liquids, semi-liquids, pastes, syrups, and slurry materials flowing through pipeline systems. It uses high-strength magnetic rods installed inside the pipeline housing to attract and capture fine iron particles, rust, ferromagnetic dirt, and other magnetic contaminants during continuous production.

This product is commonly used in food processing, beverage production, chemical processing, and other applications where liquid or viscous materials must remain clean and free from metal contamination. As the liquid passes through the separator body, ferrous particles are captured by the magnetic rods, helping improve product purity and protect downstream equipment.

The standard operating temperature is up to 80°C / 176°F. If higher temperature resistance is required, the magnetic system can be optimised to work up to approximately 350°C / 662°F, depending on the final design and magnet material selection.

The typical magnetic force of the rods is approximately 10,000–15,000 Gauss, allowing the separator to capture fine ferrous particles, including very small iron contaminants. Two connection styles are available: Flange Type and Clamp Type, suitable for different pipeline installation requirements.
